Privacy Policy

LiveGBX ("we", "us") provides operating-system software for ventures and teams. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using LiveGBX you agree to this policy.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, profile photo, authentication identifiers.
- Workspace content: tasks, notes, files, messages, calendars, and other content you create.
- Device & usage data: IP address, device/OS, app version, log events, crash reports.
- Push tokens when you enable mobile notifications.
2. How we use it
- To operate the service, sync your workspace across devices, and authenticate sessions.
- To send transactional email and push notifications you opt into.
- To diagnose errors and improve reliability and security.
We do not sell your data and we do not use workspace content to train third-party AI models.
3. Sharing
We share data with sub-processors that run the service (cloud hosting, email delivery, AI model providers used inside features you explicitly invoke, push notification gateways). We require each sub-processor to meet equivalent security and confidentiality standards.
4. Retention
We retain your workspace data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove identifying data within 30 days; encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Use the in-app controls in Account → Privacy, or request deletion at /legal/delete-account. EU/UK/CA residents have additional rights under GDPR / UK-GDPR / CCPA — contact us to exercise them.
6. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security and least- privilege roles. We log administrative access for accountability.
7. Children
LiveGBX is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email before they take effect.
