These terms govern your use of LiveGBX. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account, keeping credentials secure, and ensuring you have the right to upload any content you put into LiveGBX.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use LiveGBX to break the law, infringe rights, send spam or malware, attempt to breach security, or run automated scraping without permission.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display it solely to operate the service for you and your workspace.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from billing settings.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Delete account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
